Step 1 - Understanding your needs
Nothing is more important than identifying your needs. We will meet with you and perform initial site measurement to gather necessary information such as :
- Desired storage capacity
- Expected accessibility of pallets,
- Cargoes dimensions and weight,
- Number of forklifts, types and capacities
- Site dimensions and floor loading
- Timeframe, and
- Budget (if you already have).
With this information, we are able to access and evaluate your storage requirements. These factors are crucial to the success of the eventual storage system at your site.
Step 2 - Designing floor layout by CAD
Having gathered your information, we use Computer Aided Design (CAD) program to plan and design your warehouse storage solution. The use of CAD software ensures that the project is designed with your facility measurements. The CAD drawings will show you detailed racking configurations, floor layouts and storage summary. Our design planning will be presented with our quotation for your evaluation.
Step 3 - Approval, production and logistics planning.
Once you have accepted our design and quotation, we will schedule production of your racking components. Before, delivery, we will communicate with you to make sure those materials will be delivered to your site smoothly.
Step 4 - Installation
Your storage system will be assembled by our installation team. Our experienced crews are professionals who have been specialized in racking installation for more than 10 years. The whole installation process will be carefully monitored by our Project Manager.
